I have found that as I deal with my wife, I have to rely on a couple of different tools, depending upon what is being thrown back at me. Keep in mind for the most part she is a wonderful wife and mother, but when she gets pissed off, OH MAN!!
I have been able to use the energy map to keep myself on the path and keep a level head when dealing with her.
From the work side, people, formerly known as "doofus", don't get under my skin as much. I am able to use the degrees of strength to see they have some greatness somewhere...
